While I package each shipment with as much care as possible and also QA each individual book, sometimes shipping can damage an otherwise perfect condition book. If it has any damage sustained during shipping (scratches, blemishes, dents, bent corners, etc.) it must be recorded with photos and videos and submitted as a claim directly to the shipping courier. Please note I am not responsible for any damages during transit and will not be available to help remedy this (I’ll be on maternity leave). If you want to guarantee getting a 100% perfect book, I highly suggest picking up a copy in person at a bookstore instead! :) 
If you’re ordering internationally you are 100% responsible for duties/taxes/import fees. These are not included as they vary depending upon your country. If the package is disposed of by your country’s importing team due to unpaid fees I will not be able to resend it. 
A correct address is the responsibility of the buyer. For any incorrect addresses or address changes, that will be the sole responsibility of the buyer. Please make sure you enter your information carefully! 
If a package is reported lost by the shipping courier you must file a claim within the first 3 days. I highly suggest signing up for shipping notifications for your specific order to keep an eye on this.
