Preorders MUST be picked up before the last hour of the event. Any preorders not picked up before the final signing hour will be forfeit and will be put up for sale to avoid shipping excess stock back. 
 
If the event is unexpectedly cancelled or I cannot attend due to unforeseen circumstances, refunds will be assessed at that time.
